Facilitator Track

The Facilitator Track is designed for management-school faculty and organisation development professionals who want to use our RoundTables approach in their own work. The Facilitator Track provides two key benefits: further explanation of the underlying rationale for the design of the program and the various techniques we employ (Managerial Challenge, Friendly Consulting, etc); and support in designing your own applications of this approach.

 

Facilitator Track members participate in the full program, along with all the other staff and members.They also engage in some additional events:  a workshop prior to the start of the main program and residential or on-line program afterwards, at a time to suit the members of the Facilitator Track (who may be in various time zones). 

 

Membership of the Facilitator Track is open to experienced organisation development practitioners; to faculty members from business schools that are sending students to the program and people who have attended previous RoundTables program and now want to run something similar in their own workplaces.

 

This specialist track will have an additional cost of €400 to the RoundTables program fee. The next Facilitator Track will take place alongside our online program 15-19 April 2024.
